Crumpler Australian Bags always Give You the Satisfactory Choice

Crumpler was founded in Melbourne in 1995 by David Roper and Will Miller, and sculptor/furniture maker/bike courier Stuart Crumpler. Stuart designed the logo in 1991 which he branded onto his furniture designs.
The company then started producing colorful laptop computer and camera bags. The colorful bags were both unique and highly influential in times when the dull black technical style bags prevailed. The appeal of the bright colors of the bag prompted the company to offer, and recently reintroduce, an artisan based customization service.
Crumpler bags are notoriously practical, expressive and just quirky enough to appeal to skaters, bike riders and office commuters alike. The bags and the brand – expressed through the slightly subversive dancing dreadlocked figure – are now a prominent feature of Australia’s urban landscape.
What makes Crumplers unique, though, is the ability to make them unique. They have these insane customization centers set up in a few of their stores. They’re like little workshops, where Crumpler craftspeople will consult with you and add basically any design you can come up with to your bag. And they do it right there.
You can have someone’s name, or a giant logo, or a butterfly, or a ninja, or a graphic you provide, whatever, I guess, cut from the wall of identical nylon, and applied onto the bag.
In our throw-away society, not much is built to last. But be confident that come Armageddon, the only things left will be cockroaches and Crumpler bags. Super-tough construction makes them perfect for carrying precious cargo –whether it’s a laptop, camera or i-Pod. The number of different colors and styles continues to multiply.
When you choose the crumpler, you have chosen a loyal friend who will solve all your hard problems all the time.
